EPA: Nearly 230 million cellulosic RINs generated in 2017


The U.S. EPA has released renewable identification number (RIN) data for December, reporting that nearly 1.68 billion RINs were generated during the month, including more than 27.08 million cellulosic RINs.

Graanul Invest buys bulk carrier to transport wood pellets


Estonia-based Graanul Invest has announced its subsidiary purchased the company’s first bulk carrier on Jan. 12. The vessel is named MB Imavere and has the capacity to transport approximately 30,000 tons of wood pellets.
