ABC webinar will focus on state and federal policies

The American Biogas Council will host a webinar on July 12 at 1 p.m. ET, where industry experts will address state and federal policies that impact anaerobic digestion facilities.

The webinar will feature Maureen Walsh and Bryan Stockton of ML Strategies, a government relations consulting firm with offices in Washington, D.C., and Boston. Graham Noyes, an attorney with Stoel Rives LLP, and Bob Joblin, an investor in AgPower Partner’s biogas projects through his company Cenergy USA. AgPower partnered with Dean Foods to develop its first biomass-to-renewable energy plant at a 4,700-cow dairy in Idaho, and is currently constructing a second project on a 15,000-cow dairy also in Idaho.

Josh Lieberman of the ABC will moderate the webinar, which will include an interactive question and answer period.

This is the first in a series of webinars designed to provide information to the U.S. anaerobic digestion industry.
