WBIA launches biomass news campaign
A 60-second radio ad titled "Community" discusses the creation of family sustaining jobs from the proposed biomass cogeneration facility in Rothschild, as well as the potential improvement in air quality from the project.
The group is holding a series of editorial board visits around the state, talking with reporters about how the industry can positively impact their region, and is working to create a coalition of business leaders and organizations that support clean energy. The initiative has also released a series of fact sheets that help to clearly define and explain biopower and its role in Wisconsin.
